Chuir
sé iontas (agus déistin) orm nach bhfuil aon tagairt don gComórtas seo ar an
suíomh agaibh.
Chuir
sé níos mó iontas orm nach bhfuil oiread agus leathanach amháin i nGaeilge ar
an suíomh ach an oiread.
Chuireann
muid fáilte roimh preas ráitaisí (Gaeilge led thoil) ar an idirlíon mar aon le
griangrafanna i bhfoirm jpeg.
Mise
le meas oraibh

Eoin,
My
thanks for your email in relation to the Comórtas Peile in Cork at the weekend.
The competition as you are no doubt aware is organised at regional level
and <http://www.gaa.ie>www.gaa.ie (which is a national
site) would not have had a reporter assigned to cover the competition or indeed
other similar competitions of this nature which take place during the year (the
Kilmacud 7's or Féile na nGael would be similar examples). Frequently
those organising this type of competition will compile Press Releases (fixtures,
previews, results, statistics, match reports etc) and submit them to <http://www.gaa.ie>www.gaa.ie and when this
happens we include them on the site.
As
regards the general use of Gaeilge on the site, I understand that our Coiste na
Gaeilge/Scór/Cultúr under the chairmanship of Iarlaith Ó Broin (iar-peileadóir
Ard Mhaca) have some plans for the future in this regard
